There is an outage affecting Melbourne IT who provide the DNS for uniphi.com.au and uniphi-software.com, this may interrupt connectivity to UniPhi for some users, or prevent access to the UniPhi Contracts module.

Melbourne IT support have advised: “Upon confirming with our team, currently, there is a DNS issue in our server. The issue has been escalated to our related team for further checking so it can be resolved as soon as possible.”

Update 16:30 AEDST

The DNS outage has been resolved by Melbourne IT and UniPhi is fully back online.
