What are AI summaries?

AI summaries are automatically generated overviews of your UniPhi issue, created using artificial intelligence. They’re designed to help you quickly understand key points without reading every detail.

What do the thumbs up and thumbs down icons do?

Thumbs Up – Tells us the summary was helpful.

Thumbs Down – Tells us the summary wasn’t accurate or useful.

Your feedback helps us improve the summarisation quality over time.

Can AI summaries make mistakes?

Yes. While we aim for high accuracy, AI can sometimes:

  • Miss key details,

  • Misinterpret context,

  • Include outdated or unrelated information.

Always double-check important content in the original document or discussion.

Are AI summaries stored or shared outside of UniPhi?

No. Summaries are:

  • Not stored externally

  • Not used to train third-party AI models

  • Only available within your UniPhi environment

Your data remains private and secure within UniPhi.

We use Microsoft Azure OpenAI service, we do not use any storage related service. Here is relevant Microsoft documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-foundry/responsible-ai/openai/data-privacy?tabs=azure-portal
