We currently have an emerging AI platform that is being driven by the volumes of data we capture across our user base on major infrastructure projects. Our goal is to identify correlations between multi-dimensional data sets such as issues (with associated commentary), project schedule, cost, effort, risks and in-field surveillances. This is an exciting project that provides the freedom of a small team to make a real difference to an industry in dire need of productivity improvements.

Role Description

This is a global search for a full-time Data Scientist to be responsible for performing data analysis, software development and data visualisation on various project data sets. The interim goal of this work is to be able to generate project cost estimates and forward workload requirements for construction consultancies. Long term, the role will expand into analysing correlation coefficients between multiple related data sets across a structured database including text, meta data and fact based numbers that have led to project delivery on $ billions of assets around the world.

Qualifications

  • Data Science, Analytics and Visualisation experience

  • Strong mathematics capability, demonstrated through formal education or other experience

  • Knowledge of current third party cloud services to assist in achieving the above

  • Strong problem-solving skills based on a first principles approach

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field unless you can prove otherwise that this is superfluous

Remuneration

We offer attractive base salaries, 20% of EBIT is put into a bonus pool monthly and there are attractive employee share options.

Marketing Manager - Sydney, Australia (WFH 3 days /week)

Role Description

The main focus of this role is to be able to write marketing copy that cuts through the noise and communicates the real benefits of our services. The second key aspect is the management of an emerging marketing team, initially with one assistant, with additional staff being added over time. You will be involved in the recruitment of this team along with the interface into C Suite management for strategic planning and marketing reports.

The highest priority tasks upon commencement of this role is to build relationships with existing clients and work towards obtaining testimonials and case studies that can be published on our website, Linkedin and through press channels.

Digital Marketing

Develop plan and direct all digital marketing activities including:

  • Creation of web-page content

  • SEO

  • Social media platform content: LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube

  • Marketing video scripts and production

  • Email campaigns

    • Monthly newsletter

    • Webinars

    • Training

Project Manage conferences and events - planning, advertising and logistics including:

  • Identify cost/benefit and contact conferences

  • Book conferences

  • Logistics: who is going, when, where, what we're taking and how it will get there

  • Organise collateral: design, create, order and deliveries (items & brochures)

  • Liaise with conference coordinators, graphic designer, suppliers & internal teams

  • Promotion: social media & email promotion for the lead up, during and post conference

Surveying and creating a business case for the creation of end user engagement events like UniPhi conferences, meetups and other engaging interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

End User Support Consultants - Global Anywhere (Hours 9am-5pm PST)

Our global expansion requires the addition of front line support staff to be available to our users working in the West Coast of the Americas during standard business hours. We will accept any work location so long as you can support these work hours Monday to Friday.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an End User Support Specialist located anywhere but must support 9am - 5pm west coast of the Americas timezone. The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for new clients, implementation support and go live advice. Support channels to maintain include email, phone, online chat, teams calls and through our ticketing system.

Additional activities will be updating our online knowledge base, scripting and creating online training videos and compiling this information into as-built documentation for go live clients.

Induction includes an all expenses paid two weeks trip to Sydney, Australia to work with the core product team and learn the ins and outs of our SaaS offering.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exposure to construction and infrastructure projects at any level

  • Experience in technical support of SaaS products via online and face to face communication mediums

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Experience in project management software is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other business discipline

You will work closely with the UK support team but will also work directly with the Australian based team.

You will participate in the company bonus pool of 20% of before tax profits which could be equal to 50% of your salary next financial year.

Business Development Manager - Global Anywhere (Generous Commissions)

Our global expansion requires the addition of additional sales staff to be approaching our target markets around the world. We have offices in Sydney, London and soon to be announced Canadian location, however, this role is set up to be available to any location worldwide.

Role Description

Prospecting and selling

  • Develop a prospecting landscape that aligns to the five target markets our business operates in.

  • Prioritise a sales campaign to this prospect list.

  • Follow up with sales calls/emails/InMails to targeted prospects who have been identified by UniPhi's Marketing team.

  • Deliver software demonstrations to potential clients

  • Write proposals, follow up and close new business. 

You will also staff our booth at global project controls expos throughout the year. This will entail international travel for 1 week per conference. We are exhibiting at 4 Expos in calendar 2026.

We currently use our own software for leads tracking, Lusha, Sales Navigator and Campaign Monitor for sales campaigns, and our website attracts several demo requests per week.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exposure to the project management, commercial management or project controls of construction and infrastructure projects at any level

  • Experience in sales of SaaS products via online and face to face communication mediums

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Experience in project management software is a plus

  • No sales experience required but would be advantageous if you have it along with the items listed above

You will work closely with the CEO and founder. Induction will be via a 2 weeks visit to Sydney, Australia to work with the Sales and Marketing team based there.

Remuneration

Sales commissions are generous and should be seen as the main remuneration driver. 7 figure commission targets are possible.

You will participate in the company bonus pool of 20% of before tax profits which could be equal to 50% of your base salary this calendar year.
