This information is intended for the Mail Administrators of UniPhi software as a service customers.

If UniPhi Pty Ltd hosts your UniPhi deployment on your behalf, any outgoing email from the system will come from our mail server. If your organisation implements Sender Policy Framework (SPF) records to control the sources of 'legitimate' email, then your Mail Administrator will need to add the UniPhi SMTP servers to your list of valid hosts.

Every mail server has its own interface for populating SPF records, however an example of a valid SPF record which considers emails sent from UniPhi to be legitimate for an outlook.com mail server would be:
