UniPhi Puts CEO and COO on the Ground Across Three Continents for Project Controls Expo Season

UniPhi has backed 10 Project Controls Expo events since 2023. This year Jon Pascoe takes the United States and Raj Deo the United Kingdom, each spending weeks in-region with local teams, clients and live project sites

SYDNEY, Australia, September 2, 2026: UniPhi, the Australia-headquartered global company producing project and portfolio management solutions, will return as a gold sponsor of the Project Controls Expo in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia this year. UniPhi is sending two of its most senior executives to spend the weeks either side of each event in-region, working alongside local UniPhi teams, clients and client project sites.

CEO Jon Pascoe will take the US leg in Washington DC and COO and Head of Consulting Raj Deo will epresent UniPhi in London, while the Australian team hosts the company's home event in Melbourne. At each expo UniPhi will host a booth and deliver a speaker session. The company has now backed 10 Project Controls Expo events since 2023, but this is the first year its executive team has committed weeks, rather than days, to each market.

"Sponsoring the expo puts us in the room with the industry, the time either side puts us in the room with our clients," said Jon Pascoe, CEO of UniPhi. "Our clients run some of the world's most complex projects, and UniPhi solutions are built for exactly that. Being on site with clients is where we start working on the demands they can see coming. That is the difference between supporting a client today and being ready for where they're going."

That client base already spans the industry's largest names. TSA Management, Arcadis, Mott MacDonald and AECOM all use UniPhi to structure and deliver projects in and beyond Australia, and the Mott MacDonald partnership has since extended to a rollout across the firm's future global projects. Across the UniPhi Group, the platform now supports more than USD 10 billion in projects worldwide. “We have some exciting new engagements underway across the UK and Europe, and those are relationships we want to be close to from day one,” said Raj Deo, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Consulting at UniPhi. “Representing UniPhi in region matters, and the timing could not be better. It gives me real time with our local team, backing them up, and being there on the ground with clients as new rollouts get underway.”

The expo season caps a year of change at UniPhi. Pascoe stepped into the CEO role earlier this year, with founder Mark Heath moving to Executive Chair to focus on product strategy and innovation, and Deo expanding his remit to Head of Consulting. The company shipped UniPhi 22, its 22nd annual platform release, in August, and opened UniPhi Canada in Vancouver, joining offices in Australia and the UK to give clients support across every time zone.

UniPhi will exhibit and present at each of this year's expos:

United States: Nationals Park, Washington DC — 5–7 October 2026

United Kingdom: Wembley Stadium, London — 2–4 November 2026

Australia: Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne — 23–25 November 2026
